Return policy
If a product purchased is defective or not to Buyer’s satisfaction, Buyer can return the product in its original condition within 10 days of receipt, contact sales team for detailed returns instructions.
In such event, Nootrient shall provide Buyer a credit for other purchases from the Nootrient website, less shipping and handling charges incurred. This Section sets forth Buyer’s sole and exclusive right to refund.
Cancellations
If Buyer decides to cancel the order our team needs to be notified by email prior the shipping arrangements took place. Product are dispatched within a term of 1 – 2 days. Should the products be already dispatched upon cancellation request Buyer can use the right to return and refund.
Shipping Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 – 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class. Transit time ranges from 24 hours to 2 days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
